Refunds and right of withdrawal

1. What we sell

ENM Living sells digital products only: downloadable worksheets, journals and guides (usually PDF files). Nothing is shipped. After payment, your files are available straight away by email and in My downloads.

2. Your 14-day right of withdrawal

If you live in the European Union and buy as a consumer, you normally have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days without giving a reason.

For digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium, the law makes an exception: you lose the right of withdrawal once the download has been made available to you, provided you gave your express consent to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you would lose this right (Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU and Article 103(m) of the Spanish consumer law, TRLGDCU).

If you did not give that consent, or your files have not yet been made available, you keep your full 14-day right of withdrawal and we will refund you in full.

3. Faulty or incorrect files

Your statutory rights are never affected. If a file is damaged, will not open, is incomplete or does not match its description, write to us and we will send a working copy. If we cannot fix the problem within a reasonable time, you are entitled to a full refund.

4. How to ask for a refund or withdraw

Email enmliving@gmail.com with:

• your order number
• the email address used for the order
• a short description of the problem, or a clear statement that you wish to withdraw

You can also use the model withdrawal form below. We will reply within a few working days.

5. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are issued within 14 days of our decision, using the same payment method you used for the purchase, at no cost to you. Refunds are made in the currency you paid in; your bank or card provider may apply its own exchange rate.
